Executor's Sale -- Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Executor of nathan Kious' estate, will sell at Public Auction on the premises on Friday the 22nd day of January, 1864 the following described Real Estate, as the property of the said Nathan Kious, deceased towit: The east half of the south fraction of the NE quarter of Sec 1, in Twp number 20, north of range 3 West, situated in Montgomery County, Indiana containing 40 acres. And also the following described lands situated in Clinton County, Indiana towit: A part of the west half of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, in Twp # 20, north of range two west and bounded as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of said tract and from thence west 35 rods and 10 links and from thence running south 124 rods and from thence east 36 rods to t he east line of said tract and from thence north 123 rods and 24 links to the place of beinning, containing 27 acres and 66 hundreths and a part of lot #1 of subdivision of franctional section number 18 in the same township and range as the last described tract, bounded as follows: beginning at a point 37 rods and 1/2 link north from the southwest corner of said Clinton County and from thence running north 124 rosd to the northwest corner of said section 18, and from thence east on said section line 55 rods and 6 links to a stake from thence south 123 rods and 24 links, from thence running west 50 1/2 rods to the place of beginning, containing 40 acres and 95 hundredths. TERMS of sale : 1/2 of th epurchase money at time of sale, 1/3 in six months and 1/3 in 12 months from day of sale, the purchaser giving notes with approved security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws; bearing interest from date.
