This indenture witnesseth that Matthias M. Vancleave and Charity Vancleave his wife of Montgomery County, state of Indiana convey and warrant to John B. Fisher of Montgomery County in the state of Indiana for the sum of $2000 the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the following real estate in Montgomery County in the state of Indiana towit:
the west haf of the southwest quarter of section 7 township 19 north of range 3 west containing 80 acres more of less. In witness whereof the said Matthias M. Vancleave and Charity Vancleave his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this first day of September 1864
