By This deed, James W. Binford of Montgomery County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to Michael D. White of Montgomery County in the state of Indiana for the sum of $800 the following real estate in Montgomery County in the state of Indiana towit:
NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Se 14 in Township 19 North of Range 4 West containing 40 acres more or less
In witness whereof the said James M. Binford has hereunto set his hand and seal this the 20th day of October 1859. James W. Binford The state of Indiana, Montgomery County Before me, a notary public in and for said county, came James W. Binford and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing deed.
