Sad accident – a sad and fatal accident befell the wife of SF Wray at New Market last Sunday. She and her stepmother were walking to the house of a neighbor and in attempting to climb a fence, a rail was pulled off, which struck Mrs. Wray on the head. The injury was severe and resulted in premature confinement and death. Before dying she gave birth to twins, one of which survives.
