This is a picture of what is now the Jennings County Historical Society it was taken in 1914 and is labeled in the photo album as "Aunt Janes Hotel." The sign in the window says "Daisy Lunchroom - Chicken Dinners"

Photo of the cabin of William Allen Shepherd - I believe those in the picture are left to right William Allen Shepherd his son in law James Abbott and William's wife Sarah Ellen (James) Shepherd, child unknown. James Abbotts wife (Frances Eve Shepherd) died sometime after the birth of her second child which was in 1887 so the child could be one of theirs. There is no date with this picture. The Shepherds lived near Commiskey.
