82nd INDIANA, REUNION 1880

    NORTH VERNON, IND., OCT., 6, '80
    The 24th annual re-union of the 82d Ind. Vol's, met at North Vernon, Ind., Oct. 6th, 1880, Capt. A. Whedon, presiding.
    The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

    Capt Whedon was chosen President for the ensuing year and Alf. G. Hunter, Secretary.
    On Motion, North Vernon was chosen as the place of meeting, and Oct. 6, 1881, as time of meeting.
    Danie Glenn, Wm. Black, Henry Davis and Lieutenant Allen W. Brown were appointed a committee of arrangements.
    On motion, the 6th and 22d Ind. Regt's were extended an invitation to meet with us.
    On motion, the proceedings were ordered to be inserted in the North Vernon and Madison papers.
    There being no further business the meeting closed in peace and harmony to meet again at time specified.
