WILL OF JAMES H. WILSON

    James H. Wilson, February 11, 1832 - March 7, 1905, was married twice his first wife Helena J. Smyth died in 1875 and in 1876 he married Milly J. (Hudson) Fish widow of Henry C. Fish who died during the Civil War in Tennessee. Milly J. Fish had two sons Sylvanus M. Fish and Boyd C. Fish.


Transcription of the above

I James H Wilson of the County of Jennings and State of Indiana do make and publish this my last Will and Testament for the distribution of my property at my death, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
1st I give and set over Equally to S M Fish, B. C. Fish, E. S. Wilson, and Elizabeth E. Deputy.
All of my real estate and personal property that I may own and hold at my death, after paying all my just debts, together with a Christian burial.
2nd And I do hereby constitute and appoint S M. Fish and E. S. Wilson my Executrix's to fully carry out the provisions of this my last will and testament without bond and security.
