HUBERT W. BROWN (July 21 1965 - written in) : Funeral services for
Hubert W. Brown, 89, Kalamazoo, Michigan, formerly of Marion, will be
conducted at 2 PM Friday at 504 W. Third St., with the Rev. J. Thomas
Frost officiating.  Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  Mr. Brown
died at 9:30 PM Wednesday in a Kalamazoo hospital.  He moved from Marion
three years ago and had been making his home with his daughter, Mrs.
Paul E. Morrison in Kalamazoo.  He arrived in Marion in 1903.  He was a
former employee at the Swayzee Market and for many years operated a feed
store for Mark Swayzee.  He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Morrison
and Mrs. Lester C. Simpson; one brother, Charles R. Brown, two
grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  Friends may call after 6PM
today at the Third Street address.
