Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie May Bristow, age 82, of Attica, mother of Mrs. Jake (Ruth) Koebler, 621 Ninth St., were held at 9 a. m. Thursday, Aug. 9 (1962), at the Attica St. Francis Xavier Church. The Rev. Charles Remaklus officiated. Interment was in St. Francis Cemetery with R. A. DeSutter Funeral Home of Attica in charge. Mrs. Bristow died at 6:30 p. m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, at the Williamsport Community Hospital, where she had been a patient one day. She had been in ill health several years. Mrs. Bristow was born July 10, 1880, near Muncie. She was married to Ralph Bristow June 5, 1944 at Eugene, Oregon. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband; two sons, John Beers and Elmer Beers of Lafayette, and two daughters, Mrs. Jake Koebler of Covington and Mrs. Morris McCarthy of California.
