Veedersburg -- Funeral services for Mrs. Bobbie Brimberry, age 45 of Veedersburg Route who died at 4 p.m. Sunday September 17 (1967) were held at 2 p.m Wed Sept 20 Fishero Fun Home. Rev. Earl Carmichael officiated in Osborn Prairie. Mrs Brimberry died at Robert Long Hospital Indianapolis where she had been a patient 9 weeks. She was born July 30, 1922 at Cates daughter of Sallie Brown Starkey and late Harry Starkey. She had lived in Veedersburg area most of her life. She was a member of the Stone Bluff EUB Church, Ladies Aid Soc, Valetta Chapter Order of E. Star and Rural VanBuren Extension Home Makers. Mrs. Brimberry is survived by her husband, Alex, one daughter Alexis and one son, Randy, her mother Sallie; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Templeton and Mrs. Jane Elliot; 4 bros. Harry; Joe; Sam and William of Veedersburg.
