She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana. The collection is now housed in the Fountain County Section of Local History at Crawfordsville District Public Library.
COVINGTON – George Shuff Jr., of Glen Mills, Pa., a native of Covington, died at nidnight Sunday, Aug. 3, in a hospital in Chester, Pa., where he had been a patient one week. He had suffered a heart attack Sunday, July 28. Mr. Shuff was born Aug. 26, 1915, in Covington, the son of George and Frances Webb Shuff. He was married to the former Jane James, who survives. He had attended the Covington schools. He had been employed as a plumber and left Covington about 20 years ago. Surviving in addition to his wife, are: two sisters, Mrs. Harold (Ruby) Hall and Mrs. James (Ruth) Cawile, both of Covington. Funeral services and burial were in Chester, Pa., Wednesday, Aug. 6. – jlr
