RILEYSBURG, Ind. (CNS) —George Raymond Richardson, 56, of 325 Elder Lane NW., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, a former resident of Rileysburg and Gessie, died Saturday (Sept. 11, 1976) at Veteran's Memorial Hospital at Iowa City, Iowa. He had been ill two and a half years. Born Jan, 20, 1920, in Perrysville, he was the son of William M. and Ruby Snoddy Richardson. On Sept. 7, 1945, in Los Angeles, Calif., he married Eleanor Morgenson, who survives. He graduated from Perrysville High in 1939 and served in the Air Force during World War II. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Denise) Eskildson of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Fred ( Ramona) Vallee of Kennewick, Wash.; a son, Ronald R. of Des Moines, Iowa; and his mother of Covington Route 2; two brothers, Larry of Covington and William M. Jr. of Covington Route 2; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother. Services will be at noon Tuesday at the Turner West Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
