RICE, William E. -- Aviation Device Chief USN; DNB  (died non battle situation) - buried Hillsboro.  He may/may not be the William Evart Rice born Mellott March 4, 1923 with the Occupation of Military Service father Harry W. Rice - Grain Elevator operator and Marion Cooper married Jean Arline Winohradsky born Sept 26, 1925 in Milwaukee Wisconsin - stenographer lives in Milwaukee - Father: Ignece born Austria - Instructor Milwaukee mother Viola Gusenheimer waitress lives Milwaukee married by Rev. DW McGaughey, Veedersburg on 20 November 1944.  Imagine this is him.  He was born 4 March 1923 in Richland Twp, Fountain County, parents above born 6 p.m. first of their children - Physician Emergy G. Bounnell.  Buried Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro, Fountain County, Indiana - died 1948.  This IS the one above.
