The name of Pfc. Billy Krug, son of Mrs. Gladys M. Krug of Hillsboro and that of Pvt. Robert M. MANN, son of Henry T. Mann, 811 S. 9th Street, Lafayette were among the list of 48 Hoosiers reported by the War
Department as KIA and released for publication July 27th. Krug lost his life in the Mediterranean war are and Mann in the SW Pacific.
