Tacoma, Wash - William Gene Nance, 61, Tacoma, Wash died Dec 30, 1993 at the VA Hospital, Tacoma. He was born March 11, 1932 son of Reuben and Bessie Nance. He lived in the Mellott area; attended Richland School. Served 20 years in the US Army as a sgt, having seen service in the Korean and Vietnam wars. Surviving are his wife, Naomi; and a brother, Bill Nance. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Bob Nance and a sister, Mary Fowler. Funeral services held Jan 7 at Mountain View Funeral Home in Tacoma; burial in Tacoma.
