Conover - William Sr
History of Fountain County, Indiana, published 2013....."William Sr. was also in the Civil War. He enlisted 8 December 1862, and was commissioned the Rank of Captain in Company H, Indiana 63rd Infantry on August 20, 1862. He mustered out on 26 June 1863, listing ill health.
