WEST
LEBANON -- MISS ELLA BANDY, age 86, of West Lebanon,
died early Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Logansport
Hospital where she had been a patient for 10 years.
Miss Bandy was born in September 1882 in Illinois.
She was a telegrapher for the Wabash Railroad at the
West Lebanon station. She was a member of the
Railroad Telegrapher's Union and the St. Francis
Xavier Catholic Church. Survivors include five
nieces and a nephew. Funeral services were held at 9
a.m. Saturday at the Crowmer & Siddens Funeral
Home here. The Rev. Charles Remaklus officiated.
Burial was in the West Lebanon Cemetery. Requiem
Mass was recited Monday morning at the church.
