Mrs. Mert McNown, 62, died today at the Wabash County Hospital where she had been a patient since suffering a stroke of paralysis several weeks ago. She was the wife of Mert McNown Funeral Director here for many years.

The body was removed to the Hoover Funeral Home in Wabash.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
