Wabash, Aug. 13 –

Relatives here have received word of the death of James Roy McIlwain, former resident of Wabash County, which occurred at his home in Rockford, Ill., on Saturday.

Funeral services were held in Rockford this afternoon.

He is survived by his widow and two sons, his mother, Mrs. Naomi McIlwain of near Marion and three brothers, all of Grant County.
