Heyde Funeral to be Sunday Wabash, Mar. 8 – Funeral services for Harold O. Heyde, 39, Wabash businessman who died at the Wabash County Hospital Thursday night, will be held at the residence at 1:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon and at 2 o’clock at the First Evangelical Church with Rev. Elmer Smith, pastor in charge. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery. He had been ill for the past three weeks. He was known throughout this part of the state as an independent oil dealer and proprietor of a chain of filling stations. Heyde was born in Kosciusko County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Heyde of Bremen, who survive. He is also survived by his widow and two daughters, Martha Lucile and Mary Elizabeth, both at home and the following brothers and sisters: Dewey Heyde, Logansport; Forest Heyde, Rochester; Claude Heyde, Etna Green; Alvin Heyde, Bremen; Mrs. Marie Hechamen, Silver Lake and Mrs. Alma Drucksmiller of Syracuse.
