Wabash, April 8 -

   Friends in Wabash received word today of the death of Oren D. Harris, a former resident. Mr. Harris died at his home in Mishawaka on Sunday morning after an illness of one month. He was born in Wabash.

   He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Amanda Harris; his widow; a daughter, Mrs. George Whybrey and a son, Alfred Harris, all of Mishawaka.

  Funeral services will be held at 10 o’clock Tuesday morning at the residence in Mishawaka, followed by burial in Matlock Cemetery, Wabash at 1 o’clock.
