Delcie Frieden, 83, formerly of North Manchester, died at 6:30 pm Thursday in Peabody Memorial Home Healthcare Center where she had been a patient since July.
   Surviving is her husband, Harm and four sons.
   Services are pending at Bender Funeral Home, North Manchester.
