Wabash, Apr. 24 –

   Guy Forbes, 50, died early this morning at his home here after a three months illness.

   He is survived by his widow, Charlotte Forbes; his mother, Mrs. Ellen Forbes; three daughters, Mrs. Wilma Howell, Thelma and Mary Helen Forbes, at home, and one son, John Howard Forbes, also at home; three brothers, Homer Forbes of Fort Wayne and Macy and Elmer Forbes of Wabash and two sisters, Mrs. H. L. Apple of Detroit and Mrs. Ernest Hippensteel of North Manchester.
