3. Divide proceeds as follows

   a. To ALMETTA BROWN, my daughter - 1/9

   b. To EDGAR FOOS, my son - 1/9

   c. To children of my deceased son BERT FOOS (CLARENCE, RACHEL, RUTH, LAVERN, and MAX - 1/9 share and share alike

   d. To 3 grandchildren of GEORGE FOOS (deceased), who was my grandson, son of BERT FOOS (deceased) - 1/9 share and share alike

   e. To children of my son JOSEPH FOOS (deceased), (MARIE BARKER, LOUISE ROBERTSON, JOE FRANKLIN FOOS, and HELEN FOOS) - 1/9 share and share alike

   f. To my children, BERTHA GRADY, ENOCH FOOS, EDITH FOOS, KATE SWAIM, and CLAUDE M. FOOS - 1/9 each

4. I appoint my son CLAUDE M. FOOS executor
