Norton Creek - Alice C. Thorne received a letter from her sister Mary
Davis of Minturn, Arkansas, stating that one of her grandsons had his
clothes take fire where his mother, Pearl Cein, was washing and burned
the little fellow so badly that he died in about ten hours. He was
three years old. (Note: paper had Cein, but family
members stated the name should be Rein.)
