Certificate of Competency to Serve as Miner
"No 157, State of Indiana, Vermillion County, Office of Miners Examining Board -- certificate of competency to serve as miner -- this is to Certify, that Antonio Bazazzani (sic) has, upon examination, proved satisfactory to the Miners Examining Board for Vermillion County, that he is qualified by experience and knowledge of mining to perform the duties of a miner at coal mines in the State of Indiana, and in pursuance to the provisions of Sec 7 of "An Act to provide for the examination of applicants for certificates of competency to serve as miners at coal mines, " etc. approved March 6, 1911, he is hereby authorized to perform the duties of a miner at any coal mine in the State of Indiana, until this certificate is revoked by law.
