aforesaid and being a part of the NW quarter S6 T1 R2W as follows, viz -
all
of that certain parcel of land of said quarter which lies east of the
middle of Plum Creek containing
about 33 1/2 acres after deducting 40 acres more or less for which
Joseph Hayes has a
deed executed by me, John Boisseaux and my wife, Barbary Boisseaux
together with all of my freehold estate whatsoever, to hold to her the said
Barbary Boisseaux her heirs and assigns forever, and lastly all my
personal estate, goods, chattels, rights, credits, monies and effects
of which
kind and nature soever I give and bequeath to my said beloved wife
Barbary Boisseaux.
