We Cyrus Demaree and Olive Demaree his wife of the County of Dearborn State of Indiana and Martha Pearce and James Pearce her Husband of Clovia County State of Kansas, Constantine Scofield and Henry Scofield her husband of Fresno County State of California and Ann Pearce and Joseph M. Pearce her husband of Switzerland county Indiana Heirs of Henry Demaree by their attorney Cyrus Demaree of Dearborn County State of Indiana Convey and warrant to ACHSA A STOUT of the County of Switzerland and State of Indiana for the Sum of one Thousand Dollars the following Real Estate Situate in the County of Ohio State of Indiana to wit all of the South half of fractional Section Nineteen in town four & range three 3 west containing Sixty two & 62/100 acres of Land Witness our hands and seals this 26th day of November 1888.
