Anna E. Zsedely.
Anna E. Zsedely, 73, of 712 W. Calvert St.
died at 7:10 p.m. Sunday in Healthwin Hospital. She was
born July 24, 1912, in South Bend and lived here all of her life.
On Oct. 7, 1933, in South Bend, as Anna E. Kertai, she
married Elmer V. Zsedely, who died March 21, 1972. Surviving
are two daughters, Mary "Marlene" Lentych of
South Bend and Sandra Sobieralski of Mishawaka; two sons,
Elmer R. of South Bend and Victor of Mishawaka; 12 grandchildren;
eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Irma Baichley and
Mary Pajor, both of South Bend; and a brother, Rudolph Kertai
of South Bend. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael;
two sisters, Velma Conjalka and Gizela Kertai; and
two brothers, Ernest and Emery Kertai.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in
Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, and burial will follow in Highland
Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the
Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home, where a rosary will be led at 7
p.m. Tuesday by the Legion of Mary of the parish.
