Mrs. Lydia Clara Zillmer, 729 E. Victoria St., died at 12:15 p.m.
Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital after five years of illness. She
was born Feb. 20, 1888, in Michigan City, Ind. and came here from
there 46 years ago. On Oct. 27, 1910 she married Adolph E.
Zillmer who survivies. Also surviving are two sons, Robert C. and
Harry E., at home; three daughters, Miss Etta M., at home, Mrs.
Alice Niblick, of South Bend, and Mrs. Cleora A. Pavy, of
Indianapolis; three grandchildren, and a brother, Harry Sisch, of
Valparaiso, Ind.
Friends may call after noon Saturday in the Forest G. Hay
Funeral Home until noon Monday when the body will be taken to All
Saints Evangelical Untied Brethren Church to lie until services
at 2 p.m. Monday. Rev. Nordan C. Murphy, pastor, will officiate.
Burial will be in City Cemetery. She was a charter member of the
church.
