MISHAWAKA - HoneyLou Ziemendorf, 81, of Mishawaka, passed
away Friday October 31st at 12:40 AM in Hospice House in South
Bend. HoneyLou was born on March 18, 1927 in Mishawaka as the
daughter of the late Carl and Aida (Berkheriser) Andersen.
On January 26, 1957 in St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal
Church South Bend she married Ross Ziemendorf. Surviving HoneyLou
is her loving husband Ross; one daughter Renee (Kenneth) Kinzie
of Mishawaka; two grandchildren Brent Watson of Mishawaka
and Kellie Crane of North Port, Florida; four great
grandchildren, Danielle Watson, Marcos Crane, Jose Crane, Mateo
Crane and one brother, Jack Andersen of Salem, Oregon. HoneyLou
was employed by Van Horne Jewelers in South Bend as a bookkeeper
and for Cutting Tool in South Bend as a bookkeeper before her
retirement in 1989.
Family and friends may call Sunday from 2 to 6PM in Hahn Funeral Home 505 W. 8th Street Mishawaka. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with The Rev. Richard Kallenberg officiating. Entombment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made in HoneyLou name to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care. 111 Sunnybrook Ct.
