SOUTH BEND - Georgia V. Zehendner, 80, of 607 Coronation Gardens, died at 6 a.m. today in Regency Place. Mrs. Zehendner retired as the owner/operator of Cozy Nook Beauty Shop. She was born May 19, 1914, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

On March 10, 1935, in Benton Harbor, she married Ralph Zehendner. He survives with a daughter, Donna Mendenhall of South Bend; two sons, Richard of Mishawaka and Ralph L. of West Jordan, Utah; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Watkins of South Bend. She was a member of Apostolic Temple Church.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
