Agnes M. Zack, 82, of Inglewood
Place, South Bend, passed away on Saturday Nov. 23, in Memorial
Hospital, South Bend. Mrs. Zack was born on October 28,1920, in
South Bend to the late Joseph and Mary (Matuszak) Rusinek
and was a lifelong area resident.
On February 27, 1946 as Agnes M. Rusinek,
she married Harry C. Zack, who survives. Agnes is also survived
by two daughters, Elaine (Randy) Light of Warren, Ohio,
and Marcia McGuire of Osceola, Ind.; four grandchildren,
Alison Saul, Adam Light, Andrea McGuire and Brandon
McGuire; a sister, Loretta Lesniewski of Schererville,
Indiana; and three brothers, Stanley Rusinek of Jacksonville,
Florida, and Edward and Richard Rusinek, both of South Bend.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother,
Thomas Rusinek.
Mrs. Zack was employed by Montgomery Ward
for 15 years, before retiring in 1985. She was a parishioner of
St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, a member of the Golden Cluster,
Civic Club and the Grandmother's Club, all of St. Hedwig Church
and a member of Z.B. Falcons.
A memorial mass will be held at 10 a.m. Dec.
7, 2002, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, South Bend. Cremation
has taken place. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, South
Bend. Kaniewski Funeral Home, South Bend, is handling the
arrangements.
