SOUTH BEND - Sharon A. "Sherry" Yuhasz, 60, passed away on May 29, 2008, in her residence. Sherry was born on May 4, 1948, in South Bend, to Charles S. and Martha J. (Marshall) Yuhasz. She was a member of Our Lady of Hungary Church, the Padre Pio Prayer Group and the Bible Study Group. She was also one of the "kitchen ladies" for the Parish Festival and Fish Dinners. She spent her spare time attending her nephews and nieces school and sporting events. She enjoyed being with them as much as possible and will be greatly missed by them. Surviving are a sister, Kathy (Brian) Haygood of South Bend; three nephews, Justin Haygood, Alex Haygood and Jack Haygood; and a niece, Alivia Haygood.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, in Our Lady of Hungary Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 Kemble Avenue, where a Rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Hungary Church.
