Mr. William J. Yoho, 57, of South Bend, Ind., passed away on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 24, at Memorial Hospital. He was born on Aug. 13, 1940, in Delton, Mich., to Clifford and Rose (Peake) Yoho. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Cagle of Kalamazoo, Mich.; a son, Michael; and by his father. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Sandra L. Gwin.

On Dec. 22, 1984, in Argos, Ind., he married Mary K. Benedict, who survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Melissa M. Yoho of South Bend; two sons, William C. Yoho, Jr., and Randy L. Yoho, both of South Bend; eight grandchildren, Joseph William, Jeremy N., Ruth Ann, Rachel Michelle, Matthew L., Justin A., Kellie C. and Charles William Yoho; a half sister, Judy Wiers, and by four half brothers, John, James, Larry Arnold and Vern Johnson.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. today in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William Street, and funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Southlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Baptist Church or to the American Heart Association.
