M. Wruble March
26, 1924 - April 9, 1999
Ruth M.
Wruble, 75, of East Marion
Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed
away after a brief illness at 4 a.m. on
Friday, April 9, in St.
Joseph Community Hospital, Mishawaka.
Ruth was
born on March 26, 1924, in South
Bend, Ind., to
Clement and Lottie (Makielski) Kruk, who have preceded
her in death. She was also preceded in death by a sister,
Dorothy Luzney; and by a brother, Richard Kruk.
On March 31, 1972, in Niles, Mich., Ruth married Thomas C. Wruble. He
preceded her in death on June
18, 1998.
She is
survived by a daughter, Frances (Lee) Ellsworth of
Mishawaka; two sons, Bruce Dane (Brenda) Ramsby and Daryl
Robert (Beverly) Ramsby, both of South Bend;
six grandchildren; and by seven great-grandchildren.
Ruth had
been employed at Studebaker Automotive, a supervisor at
the Associates, at the Frances Dress Shop in South Bend,
and retired from the Capital Hearing Aid Company in South Bend.
She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church, Mishawaka,
the Disabled American Veterans, and an avid bingo player.
Visitation
will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral
Home, Mishawaka, where a wake service will take place at
2:45 p.m.
Services
will be at 10am on Monday in the funeral home, with Fr.
William Sullivan officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, Ind.
A
memorial mass will be held at 8 a.m. on
Saturday, April 17, in St. Monica Catholic Church.
Memorial
contributions may be made to the American Lung
Association.
