SOUTH BEND - Edward S. Wozniak, 78, of North Johnson Street, died of natural causes at 6:30 a.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital. Mr. Wozniak retired in 1978 from RACO Inc. He was born Dec. 28, 1915, in South Bend.

On Oct. 26, 1946, in South Bend, he married Irene Cukrowicz. She survives with two sisters, Marie Nowak and Regina Wozniak, both of South Bend; and four nieces. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Pulaski Post 357, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8748, Army and Navy Union 146, and the Usher's Club of St. Stanislaus Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the church. Entombment will be in Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 4 p.m.
