Sarah Marie Worsham was still born on Saturday, Aug. 29, in Memorial Hospital.

arah is survived by her parents, Dawn M. (DeCocq) and LeRoy C. Worsham of Northwood Drive in South Bend, Ind.; her three brothers, LeRoy, Matthew and Nicholas, all at home; maternal grandparents, Barbara and Julius DeCocq of South Bend; a maternal great-grandmother, Frances DeCocq of South Bend; and by a paternal grandmother, Bette Braun of South Bend.

A private service and burial will take place today. The Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, is in charge of arrangements.
