MISHAWAKA - Robert E. Wordinger, 60, of Rochert, Minn., formerly of Mishawaka, died Thursday in Meritcare Hospital, Fargo, N.D. Mr. Wordinger was owner/operator of a resort and was employed as a custodian by Detroit Lakes (Minn.) Senior High School and Northwest Technical College, Detroit Lakes. He was a former employee of Uniroyal Plastics Co. and Adapto, South Bend.
He was born March 2, 1935, in Mishawaka. On March 26, 1955, in Rolling Prairie, he married Patricia Porter. She survives with two daughters, Kathleen Johnson of Rochert and Jacqueline Cerkowniak of Sioux Falls, S.D.; six grandchildren; and a sister, Gloria James of Coloma.
Services were today at West-Kjos Funeral Home, Detroit Lakes. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Detroit Lakes.

Services for Robert E. Wordinger, 60, of Rochert, Minn., formerly of Mishawaka, who died Nov. 30 in Meritcare Hospital, Fargo, N.D., were Monday in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Detroit Lakes. Mr. Wordinger was owner/operator of a resort and was an employee of the former U.S. Rubber Co., Mishawaka, and Tektron, a division of Adapto. He was a graduate of the former New Carlisle High School.
Survivors include a son, Benjamin of Tucson, Ariz.; his mother, Mabel Wordinger of Coloma; and a sister, Gloria James, also of Coloma.
