Mrs Michael Woolet

Mrs. Michael Woolet, who has been a resident of this locality for 65 years, died Saturday at 8:30 o’clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O. E. Moneyheffer, 918 South Sixteenth street, River Park.

   Miss Emeline Oyler was born on January 20, 1837, in Shelby county, Indiana.  She was married to Ferdinand Smith and later, after a separation, married Mr. Woolet, who survives.  Mrs Woolet came here from Ohio.  Four sons, Louis Smith and Charles W. Woolet, of Mishawaka; Marion and Melvin Woolet, of River Park, and daughters, Mrs William Luke and Mrs. Moneyheffer, of River Park, also survive.

   The funeral was held from the Baptist church Monday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock, the Rev T. J. Giblett officiating.
