SOUTH BEND - Rolisa L.A. Wood, 20, of Curtiss Drive, died about 3:30 p.m. Friday as a result of a gunshot wound suffered in the 3400 block of Curtiss Drive. The death is being investigated as a homicide. Miss Wood was born May 10, 1975, in the Philippines and lived in this area since 1992, coming from Charleston, S.C. Surviving are a son, Larry Wood at home; her parents, Jeffery and Isabel Wood of Greenville, Mich.; a sister, Kristine Wood of Greenville; a brother, Dan T. Wood of Greenville; maternal grandmother, Aurelia Acedera of the Philippines; and paternal grandparents, Dan and Kay Wood of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Matthew Cathedral. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S. Michigan St.
