Dennis A. WOODCOX

Dennis A Woodcox, 63, of West Cleveland Road, South Bend, Ind. was sent to Heaven on Saturday, Feb. 26, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

Denny was born on June 17, 1941 in South Bend. He graduated from Riley High School in 1960 and went to and graduated from Chicago Technical College.  On Nov. 17, 1961, in Faith United Methodist Church, South Bend, he married Jan MEGYESE who survives.

Along with his wife of 43 years, he is survived by his son Mark (Kathy) Woodcox, his daughter, Sheila (Dan) HALL; four grandchildren, Daniel and Christina Hall and Patrick and Amber WOODS; his mother Emogene Woodcox; and by two sisters, Suellen (Bob) SPRINGER and Gretchen (Larry) BERRY, all of South Bend.

Denny was a self employed contractor for 35 years, as Denny The Builder. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and especially spending time with his family.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend. Funeral services for Denny will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, in the Funeral Home.

Denny was a loving husband, dad, grandpa, friend to all and will be dearly missed!
