GRANGER - Bailey Woltman, daughter of Lori and Gerald Woltman, of 51520 Timberline Trace, died shortly after birth at 9:45 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Surviving besides her parents are a sister, Aubrey, at home; a brother, Robert Barkowski of Granger; maternal grandparents, Barb and Steve Horvath Jr. of South Bend; paternal grandparent, Violet Woltman of South Bend; and maternal great-grandparents, Marjorie Hentz and Steve Horvath Sr., both of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
