Florian S. “Knobby” Wlodarski

April 26, 1915 – February 22, 1990

Private services will be held for Florian S. “Knobby” Wlodarski, 74, of 52318 Filbert Road, who died at 5:10am Thursday in Medco Nursing Center.  Cremation will take place at Riverview Cemetery with burial of the ashes at St Joseph Valley Memorial Park.  There will be no visitation.  Hickey Funeral Home, Cleveland Road Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, is I charge of arrangements.

Mr. Wlodarski retired from Bendix Corp after 33 years.  Born April 26, 1915, in South Bend, he lived most of his life here but lived in Minnesota for twelve years.  On July 2, 1963, in South Bend, he married Ann Marie Molnar, who died July 9, 1987.  Surviving are a son, Glen Molnar, of Granger; three grandchildren; two sisters, Nettie Koro of Granger and Blondine Kulwicki of South Bend; and a brother, Chester Wlodarski of South Bend.  He was a WW II Army veteran.
