SOUTH BEND - Paul Benson White, 41, of 717 Wayne St., died after an illness at 6:50 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital. Mr. White was employed by Bethlehem Steel. He was born Feb. 27, 1955, in South Bend.

On Aug. 12, 1989, in South Bend, he married Rose Aldridge. She survives with two daughters, Paulette White of Gary and Danielle White of South Bend; two stepdaughters, Wanda King of Atlanta and Paula Frison of South Bend; two stepsons, Michael Aldridge of Atlanta and Barry King of South Bend; his father, Benson White of Marshall, Texas; five sisters, Sharon Milon of South Bend, Linda Finch and Betty Evans, both of Gary, DeElla Hall of Kokomo and Elizabeth Williams of Columbia, Miss.; five brothers, Brenton, John and Benjamin, all of Gary, Edwin of Atlanta and Phillip of West Palm Beach, Fla.; and a grandfather, Adam Lowiel of Winfield, La. He was a former member of Agape Christian Fellowship Church and Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, Chicago.

Services will be at noon Thursday in Saints Memorial Church of God in Christ. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Alford's Mortuary.
