OSCEOLA - Friedrich "Fred" Clemens Werner, 78, passed away December 15, 2009, in Denver, Colorado. Fred was born May 7, 1931, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to the late Erna and Fritz Werner. Surviving are his siblings, Christiane (Lester) Snyder, Hildegard (Thomas) Bennett and Johannes (Margret) Werner; along with their children and grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 17, at the Good Shepherd Mausoleum on the grounds of Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
