SOUTH BEND - Lillian K. Wentland, 95, of Transitional Health Services, South Bend, died at 12:35 p.m. Thursday in the nursing center. Mrs. Wentland worked 15 years for Bendix Corp. She was born March 2, 1900, in South Bend. On Aug. 16, 1920, in South Bend, as Lillian Kolesiak, she married Sylvester Wentland. He died Aug. 12, 1950. She is survived by a daughter, Lucille Dangelo of South Bend; three sons, Eugene and Bernard, both of South Bend, and Daniel of Sterling Heights, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Edward Kolesiak of South Bend. She was a member of Apostleship of Prayer and Harvest House, both of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, American Legion Auxiliary Post 357, and Grandmothers Club
