Francis Louis Wentland, 27 years old, died Sunday evening at 7:45 o’clock at his home north of the city after an illness of three years. He was born in Clay township and had lived in this vicinity all his life. Surviving are seven brothers and sisters, Dorothy of Indianapolis, Mary of Camp Knox, Ky, Mrs. F. Bernard and George of Chicago, Mrs. Hinkley of Springfield, O., Mrs. E. J. Chaffey, Mrs. R. Burwell, Peter and John, all of this city. Funeral arrangements will be announced later

The funeral of Francis Louis Wentland will be held Wednesday morning at 8 o’clock, standard time, at the Sacred Heart church, Notre Dame, Rev. John Schreier officiating. Burial will take place in Cedar Grove cemetery.
