Brother Wendelinus CSC, 76, one of the oldest members of the Holy Cross Congregation at the University of Notre Dame, died Saturday evening at the university.  He had been connected with the Ave Maria office at Notre Dame for a number of years, but forced to abandon the work a few months ago because of ill health. He was born in Germany in 1852.

Funeral services will be held in Sacred Heart Church Monday morning at 8 o’clock. Burial will be in the community cemetery.
