MISHAWAKA - Charles Albertus Welsh, 81, a resident of Brunswick,
GA, died Wednesday April 7, 2010, in the Hospice of the Golden
Isles. Mr. Welsh was a native of Rolling Prairie, IN and moved
from Mishawaka, IN, to Hollywood, FL, in 1962, and had been a
resident of Brunswick for the past 4 years coming from Hollywood.
He was the owner of several retail Gas stations in Hollywood and
worked for Wal-Mart for 18 years. Survivors are his children,
Douglas A. Welsh of Jacksonville, FL, Deborah Grusnick of Fond Du
Lac, WI, Diane Seichepin and Dorothy (Dottie) Wikoff both of
Brunswick, and Dolly Welsh of Hollywood, FL, six grandchildren, 4
great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial
Mass will be held at 11 O'Clock Saturday in the St. Francis
Xavier Catholic Church in Brunswick with Father Leo Kennedy
officiating. Mr. Welsh requested cremation. The family requests
in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Hospice of
the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525. Edo
Miller and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
